History

Martinal Group was created in 1974 by our founding partners, Alfredo Martinez-Alvarez, Esq. and his cousin Miguel Quiñones Coll. Our firm, pioneers in the maintenance and property management industry for residential and commercial properties, are formed in three companies: Martinal Management, Corp., Martinal Property, Corp. and Martinal Real Estate, Corp.

Martinal Group is a diverse group of talented and experienced individuals who exemplify the core values of our company, motivated to support our Mission and our Corporate Values.

Since 1993, Alfredo Martinez-Alvarez Jr., son of our founding partner, started directing Martinal Real Estate, Corp and Martinal Management, Corp. and is currently President of the three Companies which form part of our group that today generates more than 500 jobs in the island.
